This Privacy Policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

We collect personal information when you visit our website, submit a query or request for our services, or communicate with us via email or phone. This information may include your name, contact details, and any other information you provide to us.

We respect your right to privacy and your right to view and update the personal information we hold about you. By using our website you acknowledge that your personal information will be treated in accordance with the Privacy Act 2020 in New Zealand (“Privacy Act”) and where applicable, if personal information is collected by us from anyone living in the European Union – the European Union General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) may also apply (and any other relevant privacy laws) in addition to  this privacy policy.We use your personal information to provide our consultancy services to you, fulfil your requests, and communicate with you about our services. We may also use your information for marketing purposes, such as sending you newsletters. You have the right to opt-out of receiving marketing communications from us at any time.


Within this policy, “personal information” means the same as it does within the Privacy Act. In general terms, this includes any information that can be used to personally identify you. This may include (but is not limited to) your name, age, address, phone number, email address. Where NetZero Maritime utilises third parties to undertake services, we may provide those third parties with some of your information in connection with the provision of those services. Examples of such third-party providers may include:
